Cancellation and Refund Terms and Conditions:

• Refund booking fee and or prepaid amount100%, if cancelled 31 days or more prior to the booked date.
• Refund booking fee and or prepaid package amount 90% , if cancelled 7 to 30 days prior to the booked date.
• Refund booking fee and or prepaid amount 90%, if cancelled 7or less days prior to the booked date.
• Rescheduling permitted subject to date availability.
• Refund only applies to funds received by Portraits R Us.
• Portraits R Us reserves the right to cancel the booking if the booking and payment terms are not completed.
• If Portraits R Us had to cancel the appointment for reasons beyond their control (ie.death, injury,sickness, etc.),their liability shall be limited to a full refund of all money paid.
• Gift vouchers value cannot be redeemed for cash.
