Reschedule your appointment with Portraits R Us three times only. Afterwards your session fee will not be refundable or rescheduled.

The competition decision making is exclusive to management of Portraits R us and final decisions rights will remain to the Portraits R Us management.
Groupon voucher’s included complementary print will be given by the photographer’s choice, unless purchase of minimum print package is made by client(Two 8″ x 10″ prints – $280).
Prepaid packages will remain at the time of purchased price packages.
The booking fee is required at the time of booking in order to reserve the appointment, unless otherwise confirmed by Portraits R Us. Payment may be paid by cash, eftpost or bank transfer. Please make cheques payable to “Portraits R Us”.
You may not copy the photographs from the website, or allow copies to be made photographically, electronically, or by any other means. This is a standard condition for most professional photographers.
Please address any complaints or products quality issues to Portraits R Us by email or telephone as per our contact details. We will endeavour to respond to any complaint within three working days.
If Portraits R Us had to cancel the appointment for reasons beyond their control (ie. death, injury, sickness, etc.), their liability shall be limited to a full refund of all money paid.
